Prof. Abiola Sanni, SAN

Prof. Abiola Sanni, Senior Advocate of Nigeria, is a distinguished public servant and devoted dad of 4 kids, including two daughters who are moms themselves. As Chairman, he lends his sterling leadership to empower moms, fostering a community of growth, support, and transformation.
A luminary in law, taxation, and family matters, Prof. Sanni brings wisdom and support to guide moms through life’s triumphs and trials, drawing from his illustrious career shaping national policies and championing impactful initiatives.

Lead Coordinator & Founder

Fikewa Dixon

Fikewa is a Big 4 Finance Consultant with over 8 years of professional experience in transaction advisory services. She holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Lagos and an M.Sc. in Finance & Management from Loughborough University, UK.  She is also a member of the Institute of Chartered Accounts of Nigeria (ICAN) and Association of Chartered Certified Accountants, UK (ACCA).
As Founder & Lead Coordinator, she handles financial controls, verification, and audit procedures, ensuring transparency and financial integrity. Budding Mothers was born out of her own struggles as a new mom, driven by her passion to support fellow moms navigating similar journeys.

Ngozi Ukweni-Ogagaoghene

Ngozi Ukweni-Ogagaoghene is a seasoned development finance professional with over ten years of experience designing, structuring, and mobilizing capital for financial institutions and underserved sectors across emerging markets. As an investment professional she has played a leading role in developing innovative financing solutions that expand access to credit for MSMEs, low-income households, women entrepreneurs, and creative industry players. With a strong background in transaction advisory from her time at KPMG and deep experience working with governments, investors, and private sector partners, Ngozi’s expertise cuts across financial inclusion, digital finance, gender finance, climate-linked financing, market creation, and the intersection of policy and private capital.

A 2019 Forbes Under 30 Scholar who is currently pursuing a doctorate degree at Johns Hopkins University, holds an MBA in Finance and Data analytics, a Bsc. in Accounting, and an Associate Chartered Accountant (ACA). Ngozi is passionate about helping entrepreneurs understand capital, become investment-ready, and build financially resilient businesses. 

As Principal Fund Administrator, she oversees project implementation, ensures compliance, and conducts due diligence. Ngozi is also responsible for ensuring reporting quality and accountability, driving transparency and efficiency in fund management.

Tolu Owolabi

Tolu is a seasoned Grant Manager with over 8 years of professional experience, holding a B.Sc. in Accounting from Bowen University, Nigeria. As VP/Grants Lead, she manages application processes, documentation, and disbursement.

Tolu also oversees beneficiary communication and coordination, ensuring smooth grant operations and impactful support delivery.

Cynthia Jon-Olawuyi

Cynthia is a Certified Business Analysis Professional with over seven years of experience designing and delivering digital solutions for organisations across different industries. She holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science from the University of Benin, an M.Sc. in Information Technology from the University of Lagos, and an M.Sc. in Digital Service Innovation from the University of Halmstad, Sweden. She’s also a member of the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA). With a strong background in business analysis and product management, she brings a user-centered and systems-driven approach to technology leadership.

As Technology Lead at Budding Mothers Club, Cynthia oversees the club’s digital platforms, ensuring that technology effectively supports community engagement, learning, and scalable growth.
