Founder's Story
Budding Mothers was born out of both heartbreak and hope. After losing my second pregnancy while caring for my 4-month-old first child, and nearly losing my life due to complications from an ectopic pregnancy, I found myself clinging to my faith in ways I never had before.
Despite having a supportive spouse and a loving family who cared deeply for me, I still longed for relationships with women in my age group—Christian moms who could truly identify with the grief, frustration, self-doubt, and even the breastfeeding challenges that came while still showing up for my surviving child. When I couldn’t find that space, I created it.
Over the years, BMC has grown beyond fellowship to include programs such as our funding and mentorship initiatives—designed to walk alongside women as Christ continues to form and strengthen them. My prayer is that BMC remains a place where moms find faith, friendship, and support in a warm, judgment-free environment, anchored in Christ and surrounded by love.

Our Foundation
As a Christ-centred community, we anchor our values and principles in the Word of God. The Bible serves as our guide and manual, offering wisdom and direction for our lives as mothers. Our focus is on Jesus Christ, and we strive to emulate His love, compassion, and kindness in our interactions with one another.
Our Vision
Our dream is to build a mighty army of mothers who know their God and are dedicated to raising godly seeds. We believe that motherhood is a journey that offers opportunities for growth, learning, and spiritual development. As we navigate the challenges and joys of motherhood, we aim to become more like Christ and to raise our children to be godly individuals who make a positive impact in the world.
Our Purpose
Our purpose is to provide support, encouragement, and friendship to mothers as they navigate the journey of motherhood. We believe that by coming together in a spirit of love, kindness, and humility, we can grow and learn from one another. Our goal is to become the women Christ has called us to be, and to raise our children to be confident, compassionate, and courageous individuals who love and serve God
Our Motto
She is called ‘Blessed’ (Proverbs 31:28). This verse reminds us that as mothers, we are blessed and favoured by God. We seek to live out this truth in our lives, trusting in His goodness and provision for our families and us.
